Abstract:
Penaeus vannamei with initial body mass of 1.0g were divided into 3 groups according to feeding test requirements. 0.26% L-lysine hydrochloride and 0.39% L-lysine sulfate were added to the basal diet of test group 1 and test group 2 respectively. The lysine content of the two groups was 0.2% according to the lysine content in the product. The results showed that compared with the basal diet group, the addition of L-lysine sulfate increased the weight gain rate, specific growth rate, protein efficiency, dry matter and crude protein digestibility by 13.95%(P0.05),5.98%(P0.05),13.33%(P0.05),8.56%(P0.05) and 8.89%(P0.05).L-lysine hydrochloride also had a tendency to improve growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility, but the difference was not significant.

Abstract:
weaned piglets were divided into 3 groups according to feeding test requirements, test 1,2 groups were added 0.26% L-lysine hydrochloride and 0.39% L-lysine sulfate in the basal diet, according to the content of lysine in the product, the content of lysine in the two groups was 0.15%. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the average daily gain of weaned piglets increased by 7.40%(P 〈 0.05) and 13.93%(P 〈 0.05), respectively, feed-to-meat ratio decreased by 3.65%(P 〉 0.05) and 8.33%(P 〈 0.05), nitrogen apparent digestibility increased by 4.48%(P 〉 0.05) and 6.95%(P 〈 0.05), respectively, nitrogen apparent metabolic rate increased by 8.47%(P 〈 0.05) and 14.32%(P 〈 0.05), the apparent biological value increased by 5.95%(P 〈 0.05) and 9.76%(P 〈 0.05), respectively, income increased by 7.58 and 17.65 yuan/Head, respectively.
